Before Surgery

I had always been concerned about my protruding jaw, asymmetrical facial shape, and cheekbones, so I was considering double jaw surgery and facial contouring surgery ㅠㅠ

I thought only my lower jaw was protruding, but I was told that my upper jaw was recessed and my lower jaw was more developed!

I guess that’s why my side profile looked like a concave facial shape ㅠㅠ

3 Months After Surgery

Before surgery, whenever someone took photos of me, the first thing I noticed was my facial shape, and I really hated being photographed from the side. But after surgery, I don’t really care even when photos are taken from behind!

My facial contour definitely looks softer than before, and my overall vibe feels different. My friends also say that my impression used to look a bit cold, but now I look cuter? haha

Before, when I uploaded photos, I chose them based on which one made my face shape look the best. Now, I choose based on my eyes, nose, and lips instead haha. I’m so happy that the thing I used to feel insecure about is gone.

1 Year After Surgery

Now that it’s been about a year since surgery, when I look at my old photos, I find myself thinking, “Was that really me…? Did I really look like that?” It feels amazing and a little unbelievable…

Since I’ve been able to go about my daily life without any major issues and haven’t had any side effects, the past year went by really quickly..!!

It was definitely a very difficult surgery, but when I compare myself to my old photos, I feel like I made the right decision.

I think the swelling is pretty much all gone now, I have no problems eating, and I’m doing well!
