• Identification and country-specific allocation for international patient services.
• Pre-visit medical evaluation, diagnostics, and consultation by medical staff based on symptoms and photos.
• Securing communication channels to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage complaints.
• Sending promotional event information and marketing materials (only if separate explicit consent is given).

• Retention Period: Personal data and photos collected for online consultation are preserved for 3 years for follow-up management and continuous consultation history.
• Destruction Procedure: Once the retention period expires or upon the user's request for deletion, the data is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery, and any printed documents are shredded.
